The calendar on each apartment page shows only really free dates. We reply with the total and a payment link or invoice.
The calendar pulls availability from our property-management system, so dates taken on Avito or Yandex are closed automatically.
You get the exact price for your dates. Payment by card on arrival or by invoice; the receipt is sent to your email.
Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. Early and late options can be arranged in advance.
Questions
Two sets of bed linen and towels, toiletries, Wi-Fi and all appliances. An extra linen set costs 500 ₽. Cleaning after check-out is included.
Yes, a refundable deposit of 3 000 ₽. It is returned within 24 hours after check-out and cleaning. 500 ₽ is deducted for unwashed dishes and 500 ₽ for rubbish left in the flat.
Cancellation is free if you tell us at least 3 days before check-in. Later cancellations are charged the first night.
No pets and no smoking, including hookah. If a tobacco smell is found, the deposit is not returned.
