The flat
A one-bedroom apartment of 42 square metres, recently renovated in a calm dark-and-wood palette. The sleeping area is separated from the living room by a glass partition: a double bed with an orthopaedic mattress, a fold-out sofa and an armchair bed on the glazed loggia — that is the fifth sleeping place.
The kitchen has a bar counter and everything you need for a longer stay: fridge, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom has a bath with a tropical shower; a separate dryer for laundry is in the utility corner. A 50-litre boiler keeps hot water even if the building shuts it off.
There is a workspace by the window, a spacious wardrobe, air conditioning and two smart TVs. Wi-Fi is unlimited, bed linen and towels are included.
